Araceli Hope

Moving right along...Ari at four months old

We went on a business trip with Daddy to Sacramento. It got chilly as we waited for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel--maybe we waited so long because Daddy was carrying a Lakers gym bag.

Daddy needed some "help" opening his first Father's Day gift. Ari got him a tie. It was also Mommy's birthday. We spent the day with family at Mommy's brother and sister-in-law's house.

We held Araceli's dedication on our backyard deck. She spit up all over her dress (and Mommy, but what's new?) just as the pastor began. So, Daddy ran upstairs and grabbed the only boyish onesie we own. Hmmm.

Once Ari got too big for her bassinet in our room, it was time for Mommy (aka the Black Martha Stewart) to finish up her nursery. This is her first night in her own room. Do you think that maybe mom got a little paranoid?

Spending Ari's first 4th at Gma and Gpa's was tons of fun. All the cousins--and there were lots of those!--wanted to hop in her favorite toy.
