Ari had been pulling up on everything in sight for a while, but never scaled her crib for some reason. This is the first time she'd conquered that task--at least in front of us!

Our little doll in a dress made and given to her by a co-worker's grandmother. As usual, she's a blur of activity.

Nowadays, Ari doesn't mind posing for the camera. Maybe it's the goofy smiles on mom and dad's faces as they stand there holding that shiny little box.

This is Ari's favorite bear, the first stuffed animal with whom she fell in love. It was sent to her by her birthgrandma.

Here's a super soft doggy sent to Ari by her birthmom. This is the first time she got to play with him; he gets lots of hugs.

This month, Ari decided it was fun to stand up and let go of whatever is keeping her up. Here, she's just finished showing off her balance, and is grabbing hold of Mommy's hand.
