The night before our journey, close friends dropped by to give us a diaper bag full of things we'll need, then cried and prayed with us.

After flying six hours, we met our pastor at JFK for a three-hour layover. This expanded to a six-hour layover due to flight delays. The guys had fun just hanging out before our one-hour flight to our destination.

You can sleep anywhere if you're tired enough. And the journey was alllll worth it!
